Pan Pacific Nightmare

Liked: The location is good, close to a lot of eateries and shops. The view was great of the Toronto skyline. The double room was a good size. The daily servicing of the rooms was a great help since most hotels don't offer that.
Disliked: It's not great value for money. The hotel is very old and dated with popcorn ceilings. The lighting in the hotel corridors is dark and uninviting. The beds are as old as the hotel, and the decor makes you depressed. The lights inside the room are terrible the same yellow tint as everywhere else in the hotel. The room was extremely warm and stuffy, and the AC didn't work as the hotel had not switched on their coolers yet . Why only they would know. The balcony door is super heavy and almost impossible to open or close. The balcony is very small and unsafe with a wobbly floor and broken cement pieces. The hotel needs new management and a total revamp to bring it up to date .
