Great place to stay in...

Liked: The property was well located in the heart of downtown. Our room was nice and clean with a great view. The staff was great and especially Clyde, who works the front desk, was helpful, full of great recommendations and just a great human!Coffee, fruit, a decently stacked gym and vouchers for Alders were nothing to sneeze at either, 10/10 would stay again!
Disliked: I personally would have liked a smart tv rather than just cable in the room, but that’s not a big deal.The valet price was a little much for us, but there a lots of park houses around a short distance away as well.

disappointing as far as cleanliness...

Liked: location to tourist attractions and restaurants. secure with checkin and guest acess.
Disliked: cleanliness was poor. Mattress was very stained and they did not use a fitted sheet. The bed sheets that were on didnt appear to be cleaned very well either. Other guests were smoking and the smell was apparent in hallways and elevators
