I could go on and on - from a parking attendant who ran 1 1/2 blocks to give correct directions. To the clean comfortable rooms, delicious drinks and food at the bar, the security, and fabulous area of town. Would never stay anywhere else when in town - thank you!

Liked: The hotel staff was amazing! Jamille Diggins was a cut above any hotel staff I've encountered. So friendly - he went above and beyond to correct the above items. He made me feel like this was home and they were family members trying to make my stay warm and wonderful!
Disliked: Old wash cloth still in bathroom and snack container opened.

Disliked: Some fan or air conditioner or something else was making loud noises all night. This is a typical US problem, it is never quiet unfortunately.

Fabulous Philly Weekend

Liked: The property was very centrally located, walking distance to Rittenhouse Square. The room was super comfy and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful!

Liked: The lady at the front desk was an absolute gem. She upgraded our room & offered us a free continental breakfast for my boyfriends 40th birthday. The room was so nice and the food/drinks were excellent. Oh & the hotels signature scent is intoxicating.

Great little birthday weekend getaway!

Liked: Property is beautiful, clean & smelled nice. Surprisingly quiet rooms for in the city. Room service for breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff we dealt with from valet to front desk to bar tenders were super friendly.
Disliked: The halls were blazing hot to get to our room. Our room was also hot. Luckily it allowed us to lower the temp but felt like it took a long time to cool off enough for us to get sleep.
