Excellent location, hotel, and experience

Liked: The location was perfect! Not in the heart of everything but close to Grand Central and that made travel through the city easy. The restaurant was wonderful and staff were always helpful and attentive. My only issue is there was not a microwave on the property. Heating up takeout for a late night snack would have been such a bonus.
Disliked: No microwave on the property.

Would stay there again if...

Liked: Location and room were excellent. Staff very friendly
Disliked: Price was expensive and the only way I could shorted the stay was to cancel and rebook (called hotel who said i had to speak to booking.com but booking did nothing. I would have moved hotels but was traveling with a group). This ended up costing MORE than the original price. H

Liked: We loved the hotel, the lobby was not as big as we had hoped, more facilites perhaps would work better.
