Liked: Your team was very good. Polite, always willing to provide assistance. Villa was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Requested a one hour extension for checkout which was declined.

Loved the stay. Just lacked more activities for kids. The trail closed off to the main resort was not good. At least shu
