Disliked: Booked two double bed with partial lake view .Was handed king room and then when I showed up my booking I was given two double bed . I was tired going 20+ floor and gave up on lake view .Booking.com did not show resort / destination fee which was charged and neither early checkin fee .These should be clearly shown at time of booking .

Liked: Location on miracle mile. We could walk to our destabation- American Girl Doll store in 3 minutes or less. Staff was awesome and very accommodating, even brought us a mirco wave to room without us requesting from simple conversation with clerk at front in
