I love the attachment to The Galleria. You do not have to drive anywhere for shopping or dining. There is a lot to do there. Center of town. I will come stay there again.
Liked: The clean friendly treatment from checking in to helping us with directions around the area.
Disliked: Very comfortable.

My stay was devastating
Liked: I had jewelry stolen from my room worth 23k and the staff was not helpful in this situation and now I’m being told that it’s a law if things are stolen the hotel is not responsible
Disliked: I didn’t like that my jewelry was stolen and nothing was done or I wasn’t given the proper help to get this resolved.

A fine stay.
Liked: The room was modern, clean and quite fine. The bed was a bit small for a King.
Disliked: The Valet or Front Desk should have provided maps to guests, especially those checking out, on the Marathon route mapping that impacted the Galleria area. It took us 45 mins to go logically .7 miles across 610 for brunch. We did not know what was happening and how far south the roads were going to be closed. The highways were packed as people having to avoid the surface streets in the area. The restaurant in the mall had fine service but the food was just OK.
