Overpriced Hotel and Parking, Not...

Liked: Variety of food restaurants
Disliked: Double beds were small (full size).Also hard and uncomfortable. Woke up with neck and back pain.Rooms are overpriced, carpet was dirtyInside bathroom door handle was brokenOur room was next to elevator which was trash👎, every night heard loud screaming ppl running through the hallway. Couldn't sleep wellNo front view of the city and union station.Side view only of the children hospital Hotel check in person took my parking ticket charged me parking fee for 2 nights of $50. when it came time to leave the parking lot I had to pay another $25 dollars for lost ticket to leave since she kept my ticket! Not happy

Liked: We loved the atmosphere, the location. The staff was great and polite and very friendly. They took a minute or two and talked with guests and gave recommendations of places to see or visit and places to eat. It is a great place to just get away for a few days.
Disliked: There was nothing really we didn't like. We were pleased with everything.
