No longer a leading hotel

Liked: Location, appointments & banquet staff
Disliked: Front desk staff unwelcoming, unhelpful, unfriendly Entire elevator bank failed to operate for 25 minutes

Great location and a fun...

Liked: Great location between Georgetown and the Mall. We explored both. Grand building with echoes of recent history all around. Fantastic breakfast available, and room service very good.
Disliked: All good really, apart from the fact you could hear noise from other rooms quite clearly at times.
