We had a very pleasant stay at the Warwick Rittenhouse. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff both at the door and inside were very cordial and helpful. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Shower stall would spill water because the shower curtain was not long enough at the bottom.

Disliked: Rooms are really dated and in need of redoing. A/C unit was loud and the toilet was also really loud. Bathroom fan didn't work. Tile in bathroom was stained and looked bad.

Liked: Excellent location close to transportation, restaurants, etc. Beautiful area to walk around, felt very safe. The staff were phenomenal - incredibly friendly, responded promptly to requests, easy check in and out process.
Disliked: Not a 4 star room experience. Chair material was worn out and torn. Grout in the bathroom was discolored and looked like it had mildew. Makeup mirror was coming off the wall, carpet was worn out and dirty in the corners.

Disliked: Stairwells and hallways were not the best. Service and staff was great. Ice machines broken on multiple floors, in addition to vending machines. Location is excellent.

Liked: Staff very helpful. Lobby fresh and well kept. Room was large.
Disliked: Furniture old. Electric shock in the room. Dirty mattress on beer uncomfortable sofa bed, with no bedding supplied until requested. TV would not come on, phones didn’t work.

Liked: Location of the hotel is great. Room furniture was worn, but functional. Hotel was clean and safe.
Disliked: Front desk staff member (Hope) couldn't find our reservation (we had a confirmation number from Booking.com) and offered to book us for the night at a higher price. I complained, as we had a confirmed reservation. Hope was polite but our discussion went on for quite a while before she re-checked all of the reservations for the night and then "found" ours. This made us question whether this is a scam for the hotel to secure more money from us, by stating that they didn't have our reservation confirmed for a lower price than they were offering that night. This also caused us some stress on what was supposed to be a vacation.
