It was a peaceful, relaxing...

Liked: Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very modern and new.
Disliked: Just a suggestion that it would be nice if hotel offered local transportation service. I'm used to Opal at Lido Beach, they have a van that transports you to Armands Circle. Just a thought.

Very good

Liked: The location, spotless cleanliness, free drinks at the arrival.
Disliked: No official free Wi-fi. Personal issue: I was double charged by the hotel and Booking.com. It took me a while to get the money back.

Disliked: Inadequate restaurant capacity. Long wait for breakfast table

Liked: The hotel is so beautiful, and right on the water. Easy access to the main dining areas.
Disliked: The pool was really busy on Saturday.

Liked: Large room overlooking the harbor, beautiful interior furnishings in public areas, nice grounds in super location.
Disliked: Food service was limited and small interior dining area was a bit noisy.

Liked: This is a gorgeous old Florida hotel in an ideal setting and location.
Disliked: As noted when I made my reservation, I was traveling in a Van. When I arrived, staff suggested I try a public lot. 2 blocks away (in the rain) that might POSSIBLY accommodate my van. There is a service lot behind the hotel and a pad to the left of the entrance. Neither of these were offered. I ended up using street parking and having to move my van every few hours. VERY STRESSFUL for a place that should be stress free.

Liked: Friendliness of staff and willingness to help.
Disliked: Resort fee tacked on to charges at 40/day was unexpected.
