Coming back!

Liked: Excellent staff, very friendly.

Liked: The location is excellent and convenient!
Disliked: Our window leaked in the bathroom during the rain storm pretty bad. It satuarated several towels.

Not sure Id return, staff...

Disliked: I was led to believe I had city view I had air conditioning equipment/parking lot. My family member had beautiful room with vanity and large bathroom, I did not yet I paid same amount of $.That was very disappointing!!! And also creating abit of uncomfortable situation as one room much better

Disliked: Room was very loud and smelled musty in halls. Staff was nice but room service was lacking. For what you charge per room very disappointing. No refrigerator or condiments. Lack of hair products too. Just definitely not worth 700.00 a night. Will not recommend

Liked: The location is perfect and close to everything. We did not have to rent a car. The art experience was unique and the entire staff was very attentive. A great vacation destination.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel came with many perks like pastry in the morning, sherry/brownie in the afternoon, cookie at night. The interior decoration was awesome and the location could not be better.
Disliked: The layout is a bit trickly and requires a bit walk, fortunately the staff helped us carry the luggage upstairs when check in, but when checking out, we had to do thta ourselves down a long hallway. The room only has a sky window, so the air is not the superb.
