Very HORRIBLE

Disliked: I've been staying here for years and this hotel has become run down. Last time I stayed my favorite room had bedbugs and this time I ordered from the restaurant and there was a roach in my food. I'll never stay here again.

Disliked: -The staff was not helpful -Room service was not available I called the front desk to provide me a toothpaste they said they don't provide itWe asked them about a lost item they said it supposed to be in lost and found box but they don't know where is it.- room cleanliness was not good and we find some hair in the towels.-The hallway is very old and dirty.-The rooms smells moldy.-The breakfast was very limited and poor.- it is very pricey compared with its bad conditions.
