Liked: The room was lovely with everything needed.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. We asked for a hot chocolate and we were presented with a glass of warm milk and a sachet of chocolate powder to make ourselves. Obviously as the milk had cooled by the time it was at our table the chocolate powder wouldnt mix as well as if it had been made immediately but more importantly, it should have been made by staff. We were given an option of runny, medium or hard poached eggs and we both asked for medium and all four were hard. We asked for ketchup and mustard and it took far too long to arrive, considering this must be a very common request. The other food was average at best. Hotel seriously let down by breakfast.

Liked: Location was great and staff was so kind. The rooms were very clean and newly remodeled. We had an enjoyable stay. The bathroom had heated floors which felt so great. The included breakfast was so amazing and delicious.

Liked: All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially housekeeping and the porter/concierge!Our family of five was so grateful for the excellent breakfast included in our stay, it allowed us to start our day with ease.
