Great hotel; wonderful location; excellent rooms but above all the lady at the front desk was so helpful, polite and went above and beyond to make our stay an experience to remember - she took it from good to great!

Silversmith Hotel was a great...

Liked: Location was near to a downtown conference, a short walking distance from Silversmith Hotel. It is also well positioned near cultural and green spaces, which were used generously by others in our travel party during the stay. The Team at Silversmith created a concierge experience from check-in to check out, and when enjoying the bar area.

Liked: Classic design, comfortable room, and a great staff makes this a go-to place for me when visiting downtown Chicago.
Disliked: The room is a bit small but nothing that is a concern.

Liked: We stayed here in 2019 and the young lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We knew right away that we would stay here on our trip. We will be back again!
