Liked: The bright colourful 1950’s motel look on outside of hotel.
Disliked: The rooms were very basic and dated for the price of a good five star hotel room. The pool was far too busy to have a swim.

Pool is the best feature

Disliked: The room didn’t feel very clean. They have hidden charges, beware.

Not for families. Nice summer...

Disliked: Noisy people at night, " party" people, drunk or drugged who cannot understand why they should not make noise at 3 and 4 am. The property will lose a lot if they go down the " party" hotel avenue. Certainly, not for families!

PURE BLISS

Liked: The swimming pool was super clean all day, the room was perfectly cleaned and the breakfast was really well cooked and yummy all days. This hotel is PURE LUXURY. Best staff ever and the hotel i will go until the day i die when it comes to COACH-ELLA. LOVE TO ALL OF THEM, G.

Disliked: booked last minute because our air bnb cancelled and Pearla at the front desk got us settled in wonderfully. She was so sweet and her customer service will assure that me and my whole group come back & stay here again! Thank you Pearla.

Liked: Loved the ambiance! Really fun hotel! Will definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Was a little pricy for what it was, but was more reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

Liked: I loved the aesthetic of the entire property - beautifully decorated rooms, courtyard, pool, and lounging areas. I think I discovered a new part of myself while staying!
Disliked: The free wifi was spotty and I had to hack the tv to use my devices (sorry, not sorry). Could be better by just allowing customers to connect via Bluetooth screen sharing; I had work to do during my stay that feels cramped on a laptop screen.
