Liked: Outstanding Staff! It was my son’s birthday and Colin at the reception ,made everything possible so my son can have the most memorable 16th birthday! We came to our room welcome with a nice note and candy basket with his name ! Wow!! Just wow !! This is our new favorite place in Seattle .

Liked: Bed size & very comfortable, size of the suite, lovely shower, bathrobes and a nice little kitchen area with a sink, fridge, wine glasses and wine bottle opener.. much appreciated!
Disliked: Minor complaint but the toilet paper is not very nice. Cheap and paper thin.. The bathroom is very nice but too small for a couple... Tiny sink and no where to put your things.

Liked: Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and famous Pikes Market and about a 10 min Uber/Lyft to the baseball stadium. All staff we encountered were very helpful - from explaining best parking options for our stay, suggestions for restaurants, providing directions and educating us on the history of the hotel. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Small fridge in room great for extra bottles of water & snacks. Location of our room (7th Ave facing) was quiet.
Disliked: Rider, the hotel restaurant looked great; however, we did not utilize the convenient location or get to try their menu due to their wood fired grill. We were a bit sensitive to the smokey scents so we decided it was best to avoid the area. Not a big deal; the scent did not travel past the main lobby.

Passable

Liked: Very stylish and arty. Much more beautiful than I expected. The compact room was cleverly furnished to make the most the bathroom especially. The Hotel provides bicycles for your charge. Everywhere I looked at the feeling of luxury yet it was inexpensive.
Disliked: I wish the room had a chair.

Nice hotel, but probably could...

Liked: Very beautiful lobby and restaurant; location was great for walking to Pike Place Market and the monorail to the Seattle Center. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Some minor things in the bedroom (King deluxe)-the full length mirror is awkward to access because it's in the closet and the tiny bathroom's light switches weren't located near the bathroom at all. Also the shower is hard to turn on without getting soaked as you try to adjust the spray and temperature. We ate in the restaurant one night and the salmon was awful, but the pork was tasty even though a little dry. The truffle fries were too soaked with truffle sauce to be palatable. Our waitress never asked how the food was but just took away my daughter's barely touched plate of fish and the soggy fries without comment.

Not quite penthouse quality.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nice rooms and comfy furniture.
Disliked: The climate controller made terrible buzzing sounds on and off throughout the night, which kept waking me up. However, the staff were kind enough to wave some fees for me as an apology. Sadly, no bathtub for a good soak and the hotel uses the thinnest toiletpaper I've ever witnessed. In a penthouse suite, I felt a little more could be done to make the price worthwhile.

Good deal on room and...

Liked: Good location, close to convention center. Good size of room, staff very helpful with getting room upgrade and helping with our requests, friendly too.
Disliked: No fan in bathroom. Fridge could be colder. It’d be nice if they had a pool or jacuzzi.
