Riverview Hotel

Liked: cozy bed, very comfortable, rooms nicely decorated
Disliked: the welcome on the reception was the worst I had in decades of traveling and thousands of hotel nights. The check out was the same experience since it was the same person. I was almost apologizing for checking in and paying! That we had to leave earlier because we became second time grandparents that night did not cause any „congratulations „ upfront rather in, „ are you familiar with our cancellation policy ect.“ not that we expected anything anyway after the welcome already showed that guest are not very much appreciated. The only nice person we wish to take out was a woman of color at the check in, the only person in the whole facility made us feel welcome
