Lovely spacious rooms in urban location

Liked: Room was very spacious
Disliked: Room was not available at 4pm for check-in. There was a delay of two hours due to the room not being clean. Staff was very nice about the delay and provided a credit but it was very strange - Ive never had such a significant delay.
