Liked: The staff and accommodations are wonderful. We received texts during our stay to see how it could be improved by staff which was really attentive and nice.
Disliked: The AC went out on our second day which made sleeping uncomfortable when it was 84 that day.

Disappointing

Liked: Pool and gym access is very easy and towels are provided for people with pool usage for free.
Disliked: I asked special requests for extra bed, and set two rooms asides, but none of them are granted and they recognized them when I checked them out. Also when I checked out, the lady mentioned about two rooms but only gave me one room key, and didn’t recognize it until i waited and asked for giving me second room’s key, which I felt unprofessional.
