Wonderful!

Liked: The historical parts of the hotel are fabulous. All nice & clean.
Disliked: The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t great for putting on make up.

I wish I had spent...

Liked: Nothing really… the avocado toast was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. I had to pay to park while staying at the Hilton. The doorman.. walked off to talk to some other staff just as he saw my friend and I crossing the street towards the front door with like 6-7 bags… everything just seemed dirty. Because it looked dirty…
Disliked: I didn’t like anything…

Nice people, good value.

Liked: Super nice staff, location is close to a lot of what I wanted to see, parking across the street, good price.

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooftop bar was not good. Only beer and wine. Same as the lobby bar. One TV missing. No entertainment. Dismal atmosphere. It could have been so much more.

Liked: This property is in walking distance of the Legacy Arena.
Disliked: We booked this hotel due to it being in walking distance from the arena. Unfortunately the overall experience was unpleasant especially for the cost of the stay. As we arrived to check in the systems went down. It was complete chaos and some of the staff was very unpleasant about the situation. We ended up not being able to get a key to our room until almost 11pm. The Hilton app was not working either and no matter how many times they reset the digital key it would not work with our room door. Our room was dirty, and the bed is like sleeping on a rock. Also there was a musty gross smell in the hallways. Like old mop water mixed with vanilla. Sunday morning we attempted to have breakfast in the restaurant which took almost two hours due to there only being one staff member who was severely overwhelmed. Unfortunately, by the time we got our food most of it was cold, for the prices the restaurant charges that’s unacceptable. There is limited feee street parking on certain days, other than that it’s valet or pay to park lots. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
