Liked: Good central location, close to transit. Just beware, its a busy neighborhood with lots of transients, so youll need to be ok with that.
Disliked: I stayed here years ago when it was a hostel. I chose it again for my recent trip because the listing stated it had been remodeled and was now a hotel. Aside from some new furniture and paint, the place hasnt changed. Tiny rooms that looked much bigger in the photos. A communal bathroom in which the light didnt work, and management wouldnt fix when we notified them. And last but not least, a bed sheet with an obvious blood stain on it. I neglected to get photos because we got out of there as soon as we could and cut our three night stay down to one night and found another hotel. Waste of hundreds of dollars. Dont waste your money here.

Liked: The staff are pleasant ( front desk) they're so helpful when I asked them regarding the transportation/ commute.nice staff.
Disliked: Lots of homeless people that made me scared to walk around, although they didn't bother us. They're all around the vicinity. feeling unsafe.

Disliked: The place was very run down, unlike the pictures shown. Did not feel safe to stay there for long.

Disliked: The location, but it just takes some getting use to. Staff was friendly and effective, breakfast was good so all in all it was very good

Exceptional

Liked: Location of this hotel is very good and convenient. Proportions qualify for the price in San Francisco was good as well. I did enjoy my stay, rooms were clean, but carpet looked a little beat outdated. Room had a little sink , microwave and fridge inside which was handy, and as well there was access to some more facilities in the common area next to reception. Guy in the reception Mohamed was very kind to me, and very helpful. I lost in this hotel my mobile phone, staff was trying to help me but it was sadly never found. If I would come back to San Francisco, definitely I will stay here!
Disliked: Carpets were a little bit outdated.....
