Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean.
Disliked: We loved the pool, but it was a little cold for the kids

Hotel was great

Liked: Like how pet friendly it was, and staff was great
Disliked: I didn’t like the restaurant next door. They shouldn’t advertise for them I called from my hotel room and no answer. Then I went over to order food and it took over an hour to get. So was very unhappy with my service from the restaurant.

Liked: The location right next to the beach
Disliked: It was dirty everywhere (rooms and throughout the hotel, pool area), bad odors and staff didn't really help with what we needed in our apartment. Second time staying since first time was fine.

Liked: It was pretty quiet
Disliked: The staff was ready to make check in at 5:40 not at 4, because room wasn’t available at all. Also. Do not believe pictures on booking, because our room was totally different. It was disappointing. Also, at Booking our reservation was including early check in at 1 and we came to the property at 2, staff said they don’t have check in at 1 o’clock that everyone can check in at 4, but our room wasn’t available even until 5:40. Kids were so tired to wait

Disliked: The shower didn't drain and the room smelled of dog pee and no cleaning service carpets were stained no TV in bedroom and TV in living room was dark
