Liked: A perfect stay at Miami Beach. Super friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, beautiful rooms and a No 1 breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the Tiki Bar. A perfect place to spend a few days in Miami Beach.

Liked: The proximity to the beach. The Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The Food in the restaurant had to be returned a couple of times, although they did remove from the bill, so that was settled.

Valet and bus boy personal...

Liked: Breakfast was great as well as the location of the hotel.
Disliked: Price, not explained at time of booking. Paid over $2800. For 4 night stay in a room that was very small, clogged bathroom sink drain, door hinges missing, room 1/2 cleaned each day. Front desk staff rude and not informative at all when asking questions.
