OK stay - wish we could have used the pool, complimetary drinks, valet parking.

Liked: Loved Rob Thomas and Matchbox 20. Best concert ever!
Disliked: Hotel stay and hidden fees. Everyone trying to make a buck.

Liked: Pool was closed for the season. location was great, very close to the strip but away from the craziness of the strip. the Uber ride very convenient and cheap. I totally recommend this place.

Liked: Room large. Bed large and very comfortable.
Disliked: Wi-Fi was non-existent or useless - completely unacceptable in 2024. I was unable to work or stay in touch my family. As I say, that simply isn’t acceptable in this day and age. The food options were terrible - like being in a theme park or a shopping mall - great if you like that kind of thing ie mass-produced, large portions of unhealthy, processed meat, but virtually no options that could be considered healthy eating or ‘cuisine’.

Disliked: No bottle drinks. No electric water kettle.The chair was slanted. No back support Bed was too soft. We missed the flight and the hotel canceled our booking. We call them to rebook the room but at a higher rate. We were charged for one night stay on the no show on 9th April. I wrote to booking.com to waive and reinstate the room booking but no body replied my mail. Terrible experience.
