Fine for a short stay

Liked: Open when we arrived and able to change to a different room
Disliked: No hot water for 24 hours and no communication of that fact when it happened.

Very comfortable, pleasant service, perfect...

Liked: Love the motorized blackout blinds. Also LOVE the balcony. Accessible 24 /7. Most comfy bed and pillows of sny hotel I ever stayed at.
Disliked: Vivían is the manager she's kind. Her older sister is rude, i never saw her crack a smile. She either neede therapy, months of customer service training, or a job where she does not have to work directly with people.

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: I didn’t really like the location or the room. Room wasn’t thoroughly clean, lacked decorations and just comfortability . It didn’t give nice hotel. Doesn’t have breakfast or even a pool. Definitely is not worth what I paid for.

Overall good place to stay...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and blackout blinds were great!
Disliked: Our room was streetside and it was very loud. I also disagree with having to pay to park on site when we are staying there.One of the front desk staff told us to go across the street for coffee and we found out later that there was coffee on site.

Convenient location and decent price

Liked: The location was good but there was quite a bit of street noise. However, with ear plugs, this wasn't a big deal The price was good compared to other properties so I found it to be a decent value.
Disliked: There should be better signage on Sunset Blvd, as it can be a little hard to see where the property is. They also charge $5 for a bottle of water. That's practically obscene. They have a rooftop patio/bar area but the bar wasn't open and the furniture was quite worn.
