Disliked: Hotel staff was rude & didnt want to accommodate anything.Housekeeping only came 1 time after 5 days.The hotel allows other people to use the pool which results in no chairs or space for actual guests.Requested a 30 minute later checkout and they refused

Liked: Location and friendliness of staff, especially the concierge. She was so helpful and even got us free dessert from the restaurant we were going to for dinner.

Liked: Location of property. Beautiful property too. The staff from front desk to pool bar were all amazing.

Disliked: We have stayed here multiple times over the past 10 years. There has been no consistency in pricing. They will offer no deals to add additional days. We are never able to stay here every year because of the varying pricing.

Disliked: Gave us rhe wrong room upon arrival and did not move us to the room we ordered intill 24 hours later

Liked: Location and balcony.
Disliked: The shower door didnt close tightly and leaked lots of water on the floor. There was mildew under the ice bucket liner and the toilet always had to be flushed twice.

Liked: The location is perfect and the front desk staff was amazing and always extremely helpful.
Disliked: The walls were thin where we could hear people next to us, but was not an issue.
