Liked: Safe, clean, presentable, professional staff & nice decor inside
Disliked: Nothing really, the parking was a little expensive but that was the only thing

Liked: Everything was working as it should. The staff was great! The restaurant has some very good pasta.
Disliked: One small negative point: the shower/bath drain was clogged, so there was always a good amount of water in the bath while showering.

Excellent location, good facilities and...

Liked: The location is second to none. Staff are lovely. The restaurant is nice and worth a visit - we appreciated the complimentary morning coffee. The lobby area as you enter is fantastic. We used the gym which was well appointed and met our needs
Disliked: Our room wasn't serviced due to staffing issues which was a bit disappointing as we stayed for a number of nights and being four in the room it would have been lovely to have a little professional touch during our stay
