Liked: great location, very affordable option for staying in Vancouver. at night it was a less than 15 minute drive into downtown.
Disliked: the room was dated and the bathroom did not feel very clean. beds were old and lumpy. We didn't spend much time in the room so it was fine, but definitely would not want to stay for very long.

Liked: Spotlessly clean, fantastic easy trip from the airport.Great staff, large room, really comfy bed.Coffee machine and fridge.Great value
Disliked: Restaurant could have had more choice, but lovely staff.Didn't like having the poor man's room with no view because we were drinking wine????Spending substantially more than non alcohol drinkers and have a lobby to eat our meal in, whilst the nice conservatory room with sunset view was empty for non drinkers??? Didn't make sense.Won't eat there again even though staff were lovely and food was nice.

Disliked: There was an "oily' smell in the entrance area....Could be corrected with Air Sponge or Fabreze.I own an Airbnb and have worked as a chamber maid for a number of years, so I'm speaking from my own experience.Also, the cleaner could vacuum under the beds better.

Liked: We were so close to the ferry into the city and we could see the lights of Vancouver. We could open the window and watch all of the twinkling lights. Magical location.
Disliked: There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
