I thought the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The location was great, the staff (w/ the exclusion of the first girl I talked to) seemed ready to help.
Disliked: I had booked a "KING KIVA SUITE w/ BALCONY". They initially checked me into a ground level double. Obviously wrong. After much discussion we were able to spend the 2nd & 3rd night in a DOUBLE SUITE W/ BALCONY. Better, but still not what I booked.

Disliked: The restaurant was closed and the facility was a little bit dated…

Liked: The roon was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful.
Disliked: There were several basic room amenities lacking, e.g. only one waste basket, no printed info regarding the facility such hours, workout room availability.

Liked: I appreciated the luxury feel of the hotel. We felt like we were in a cabin. They also provided a cot for our infant immediately.
Disliked: No breakfast provided.
