Older hotel that has been renovated. The room was a little small but very nice and clean. Very helpful staff and convenient location in Copley about 1 block from the T station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had nice touches, such as free coffee in the lobby every morning, free tea in the afternoon, free bottles of water in the hotel room, and a turn down service with chocolates every night.

Cons: I enjoyed my stay here. If I had one complaint, the room was a little small. Otherwise I had no issues at all.

Pros: Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Rooms were immaculate. Very pleased with the condition of the hotel especially considering the age of the building.

Pros: Very clean rooms, polite staff and decorated nicely.

Cons: It was a little warm in the room but I guess at certain times of the year the air conditioning is turned off or it just didn't work.
