Liked: The lenox hotel was in a lovely location a few blocks from the park. Our room was a wonderful size with 2 armchairs which were much appreciated at the end of our long days

Fantastic staff creates a warm...

Liked: The staff is phenomenal. Absolutely everyone I met was super friendly and knew their stuff. Really good service. The location was terrific. the rooms were a good size with very comfortable mattresses. Though we didn’t end up using it our room had a working fireplace!
Disliked: The hotel has been around for 120 years and the bathroom might not have been updated since the ‘90’s.
