Liked: Everything. They even have a Mirabelle chocolate shop in lobby! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets incredibly soft. Great big wonderful bathtub and a bidet. Excellent green tea in the spacious room. Wonderful staff.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was really too expensive at $40.

Worth every penny!

Liked: Staff’s friendliness & professionalism. Cleanliness of room. City central location which gives us less then 15mins Uber drive to all the usual spots.
Disliked: It’s a really old hotel so updates hardware & small size of room, but the cleanliness of everyday room services as well as the usefulness and friendliness of staff overwhelmingly compensated this part so we are still very happy with our stay.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly.Restaueant looked very nice but we always went out for dinner and breakfast.The rooftop bar was a good size very comfortable with good food and drinks.
Disliked: Double room was cramped with one small window .View was terrible overlooking old roofs.No view of Manhatton at all.Bathroom fittings were old and hard to get a constant temperature with the shower.Complimentary shower gels were not replenished.

Disliked: The lack of evening room service is weird in a hotel of this caliber. It’s a major flaw.
