Pros were the staff, they were all amazing, love the french bath towels, clean room. Cons were the extremely long check in due to printer malfunction, then the invoice placed under the door had me as Mr. when I'm a Mrs. and had the wrong address, door keys frequently failed and had to be re-keyed. really annoying problems.
