Good stay for the price....

Exceptional

Good Price-Quality relationship

Liked: Tom was really helpful and diligent. We did check in at midnight and there was no problem. Everything was as expected.
Disliked: Walls may be a little thin so noises on other rooms or in the hallway might be heard at any time from you room.

Good value and quite comfortable...

Liked: It was acceptably clean and I liked the fact I was able to stay in one of the rooms with an ensuite. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with.
Disliked: The optional breakfast for $6 was not available for me as they had run out of groceries.

Liked: Tom the caretaker is a kind and cool guy. The place is quiet and clean.
Disliked: Nothing

A great no frills kind...

Liked: The location was great, super close to the University which is where I had to be during my stay, as well as very close to the hotel other family was staying at.Staff were very accommodating when I accessed them, including helping me out in altering my stay dates due to a family emergency back home.
Disliked: I was a little disappointed in the breakfast- the milk had an altered taste and when I received my second day of breakfast, the cereal and peanut butter/condiments were unavailable to me, so I was stuck with dry toast. The yogurt was nice on the second day. Fresh fruit would have been preferred over fruit cocktail. The walls were thin, so I could hear a lot of chatting in the lounge area and the person in the next room's snoring. But I realize that this is unavoidable.
