Overall the stay was well. The staff were really nice. But the walls were really thin so hearing the couple next door was slightly awkward. Also the room didn't get very cool - we had the thermostat as low as possible.

A great first stay in...

Liked: An enjoyable stay - staff very helpful especially Steven at Reception who made me feel very welcome on my first visit to Chicago. Excellent location for seeing the city.
Disliked: Not applicable.

Exceptional

Liked: Benjamin at the hotel entrance was by far the highlight of our stay, always with a smile and even though there were hundred of guests he never forgot our last name. Not only us but everyone that walked through he greeted in a very unique way.
Disliked: On the other hand, first night we dined at hotel restaurant in lobby veronica was amazing so we decided to get drinks the second night and server following day was a complete disappointment. We werent acknowledged for a good 40 minutes after we sat down

Disliked: Very dirty thermastat did not work shower was dirty with hair and dirt

Liked: Staff, room size, beds & pillows. View was great. Staff was able to supply a fridge and microwave.
Disliked: Water pressure on the shower was extremely strong. Difficult for smaller kids.

Liked: Very nice room. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Too many staff members in the bar/restaurant but no one was quick about anything. I was disappointed with the service.
