loved the location and evening food, most of the staff were very good but in general l wouldnt be tempted to stay here again because the bad service out ranked the good sadly.

Evening meal in the Hotel was of a very high standard, we had friends join us to eat and everyone was impressed with the service and meal.

Hair dryer didnt work i never bought one owing to the hotel advertising having one, this meant l had to borrow one to get ready to go to a party, the receptionist did attempt to have this looked at. the breakfast each morning was cold and it seems the chef who sent me out pollyfilla which was supposed to be porridge wasnt aware according to our waitress what porridge was. he sent out a cold mess which wasnt touched. the english breakfast was mostly cold expect the sausages on the Saturday morning and on the Sunday morning a wedding party stayed over so breakfast was extremley busy but the hotel only had two young staff attending all the tables. we waited up to 45 minutes for breakfast and toast [ it seems that the toaster wasnt in good working order] and even though l did ask that our breakfast be hot this time it still came up partially luke warm as you can imagine following on from having wonderful evening meals on both days of our stay with you it was so disappointing to have awful breakfasts both days. i cannot blame the young staff at breakfast they didnt stop at all but they had limits to what they could do to satisfy all the guests. i was also concerned with six of us staying at the hotel and we all paid a different amount for the rooms.
