Quiet; beautiful view; everyone was very friendly; I will definitely go again - just an amazing place :)

We had a very nice stay at the Edgewater. We would especially like to thank the man at the front desk, Tyler. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the hotel amenities. We've been recommending the hotel to our friends, and we're excited to come back.

Luxurious long weekend visiting family

Liked: I liked the terrace the view to the capitol and the lake. I like the tunnel which is fun I had a great pedicure at the spa

Liked: It’s a beautiful property in a great setting. Well maintained and clean. Nice bathroom and layout of our room.
Disliked: The layout of the buildings is incredibly confusing. Our room was very clean but the bed was made up with only white sheets and it sits on top of a basic platform. Lacked any added touch from pillows or a foot spread. Looked like a no frills, budget hotel bed. Also the toilet had an issue on arrival but that was attended to and rectified quickly. On the first morning, we realized our coffee make didn’t work. They sent a pot of coffee and said it would be replaced later in the day which was great. Unfortunately the next morning we realized they hadn’t replaced the coffee maker. I texted and after 40 minutes…no coffee maker. I asked again and then someone brought it.

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location in the city was good with a view of the lake. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: There was nowhere close to have breakfast...the only option was room service, which was expensive. There was no cafe or easy place to hang out in the hotel. It did not feel welcoming at all if you wanted to sit and meet outside of your room for coffee or a drink. It was an expensive hotel and I did not think it was good value for money.

Liked: Location. Beautiful hotel price was unbelievable!
