Great hotel in central Austin!

Liked: Very nice building, great location, room and bed confortable. Public parking near by. Very friendly and king staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms are bit wared out.

Liked: The location is great and the design is amazing. We feel so history.
Disliked: It's the first time I see a Hyatt hotel or 5 starts without breakfast. Unbelievable.You must wait in the queue of a coffee near the hotel to get your breakfast.No restaurant in the hotel as well. For me it's not a 5 starts hotel at all!

Nice hotel but poor room...

Liked: Location, infrastructure and breakfast
Disliked: the first day they didn't make our room. So we didn't have fresh towels, coffee, water, etc. We called so they made it the next day and it was poorly cleaned. They didn't even replenish coffee and carton cups.

Exceptional

Liked: The Cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch and the bar/lounge was excellent for dinners especially when the restaurant is closed.
