Liked: A beautiful historic hotel in a great location! The staff was incredible! I absolutely loved our stay and will definitely stay there again!
Disliked: The only thing that I didnt like was there are no refrigerators in the rooms .

Liked: The Drake offers a romantic and upscale vibe. The rooms have been updated and are very well appointed. The location is perfect for shopping and close to Rush street with some of the best restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at the Drake.

Disliked: my phone did not work .. maintenance came up but could not identify what was wrong. It was way too HOT! They said it was an old hotel and they still had the only the heat on. My wife got a nose bleed we thing due to the hot dry air.

Liked: The fresh flowers, the amazing cast iron bathtub’s, the views & the staff was amazing!
Disliked: No fridge in the room. This is incredibly inconvenient - especially when the ice machine on your floor is broken.

Liked: Upscale hotel and in the center of upscale shopping and close to the lake .. service was impeccable
Disliked: Room was a good value though a little dated especially the bathroom and shower
