Liked: I liked that you had plates, silverware, glasses, coffee, fridge, microwave and sink all in same area, like a small kitchen. If I had leftovers I could warm them up and eat with everything I needed, even salt and pepper. Thanks, loved it.

Liked: Amazing room with living and kitchen area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Club area was great with free coffee and tea. We were on our honeymoon and staff very kindly gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate.

Liked: Good location. Great sized room. Good facilities in the room and coffee etc on 15th floor was very good.
Disliked: The hotel decor is tired and very brown! It needs an overhaul!The attached restaurant is very overpriced. We didn't use it because of the price. US$70 -100 for a standard bottle of wine is atrocious, even by San Francisco standards.

Liked: We checked into The Donatello for a little staycation. You cannot beat the price for location, comfort, and quality. Located one block away from downtown's Theater Row and Union Square, there are unlimited choices of restaurants, markets, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel offers a lovely lounge with coffee, hot chocolate, and tea, comfortable seating and amazing views of the city. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Our room had a lovely patio. The staff was polite and accommodating. There is a restaurant with live music on the weekends. We got much more for our money than we were expecting. A very peasant surprise!!!
Disliked: The fact that we couldn't stay longer.
