Kind employees, clean, great room...

Liked: Lovely service who handled the fact that a huge rambunctious group was running everywhere and making a terrible mess.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t quite hot enough and the pool hotub area could use some maintenance. A terribly behaved sports group was running wild overtaking the gym area and loudly disrupting the facility.

Beautiful hotel, very unpleasant stay.

Liked: The pool and the front desk ladies.
Disliked: The noise was unbearable. Kids were out in the hallways playing ACTUAL hockey, playing ding dong ditch on our doors, yelling and constant running the entire night/morning. Parents outside of the hallways gathering and drinking allowing the kids to carry on despite others being at the hotel, a total disregard for others.

Liked: Breakfast and the breakfast staff were excellent ... though I had to ask them to turn down the music just a bit. Which they did!!! Front desk staff was excellent
