I took my elderly mother to the Opera and The Curtis made it so much nicer! The room was perfect and the location was as well. Every person we saw that worked there, were nothing but nice and smiling. It was great!

The floor themes are awesome! We loved it and toured each floor to check them all out. Room was very clean and the cookie upon arrival was a nice touch. I'm glad there was a noon check-out time, because the bed was so comfortable.

Liked: Location was excellent and the decor was unique.
Disliked: TV didn't work. Called and took 30 minutes for repair. Heater did notvregulate either and oven or off (cold). Up and down all night. Refrigerator was extremely loud. The restaurant is not fully open on Mondays only bar appetizers.
