I took my elderly mother to the Opera and The Curtis made it so much nicer! The room was perfect and the location was as well. Every person we saw that worked there, were nothing but nice and smiling. It was great!

The floor themes are awesome! We loved it and toured each floor to check them all out. Room was very clean and the cookie upon arrival was a nice touch. I'm glad there was a noon check-out time, because the bed was so comfortable.

I usually don't write reviews, but we have never been so disappointed in a hotel. The room was not very nice for being a 3 1/2 star Hotel. I've stayed in 2 & 2 1/2 star hotels that were nicer than this one. It also smelled very strongly of pet odor in every area of the hotel. They also put us in a handicap room. The shower was very small and uncomfortable, and water leaks all over the floor from these showers. They even had a drain in the middle of the floor because they know the water doesn't stay in the shower, but it didn't help. On top of that, their parking garage is under construction, so you have to pay a mandatory $30 for them to park your car a couple blocks away on the street. I would not recommend this hotel to any one that doesn't care for pet odor, because it was almost unbearable, and the Comfort Inn is fancier than this place. Spend your money some where else.
