Liked: catering to pets was great, and great location. Very nice place to stay.

overcharged and unwelcoming

Liked: Breakfast and pool was the only thing we liked.
Disliked: I was upcharged and given a worse room than I booked when I arrived. I booked a night for a king suite that was supposed to come with a big balcony and bathtub and a king bed. when we arrived we asked if it was possible to add an extra night. We said we’d be fine switching rooms the next day if we had to but they said with a “small” up charge they could do that. After they charged us $600, we got the keys and entered a room with a full size bed, no balcony, and a 4 inch deep bathtub. Not very happy.

Liked: Good choice of foods. Food was well prepared. Eating area was small so you wanted to eat fast and leave to give your seat or table to othets. Liked the hot cookies, fruit, cheese as snacks.
Disliked: More room in the breakfast area.
