Perfect spot to rest and...

Liked: When we got our room, it smelled like cigarette smoke so we went to the front counter and they changed our room no problem. It was the same type of room only it smelled wonderful.
Disliked: We found everything to be acceptable. Very happy!

Liked: The breakfast was good but felt that some of the waitresses services were off to non Caucasian. Was their with a family 7 and just observing thru the couple hours we were there it's pretty sad. Honestly I won't go eat there again but the food is good

Love the venue, but not...

Liked: Facility is great, well located and well maintained.
Disliked: Hotels that advertise as per friendly should have pet rooms available. The up charge to "convert" a room is just greedy.

Liked: We loved the pool area!. Nice spacious pool too. Hotel staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. Nice location, just across the highway from the mall, which was great since we came for the shopping!
Disliked: The fact that the pool area only opens at 9 am. Would be nice if it could open a bit earlier. Other hotels we've stayed at you could access the pool as early as 7 am, and my kids always like a morning swim before we leave.
