This hotel is beautiful and is 5 star. Close to the Crest Theatre and has the best restaurant. 5 stars.

Excellent time with my special...

Liked: Service was incredible from the valet to the restaurant and the front desk staff! They really make you feel cared for. Came for my boyfriends birthday and they gave us upgrades and a gift card for food/drinks. Just a wonderful place to stay for special occasions or even a staycation!
Disliked: Not much! There were flies in the lobby but it’s Sacramento and that’s not something that’s that controllable. Also at night can be a little sketchy in the area but that’s certainly not the hotel’s fault by any means. We will definitely stay again!

Liked: I liked the cleanliness and the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I had no hot water in my bathroom for the first half of my two-night stay. I was able to take one hot shower the morning of the day I checked out. When I advised staff of the problem, they apologized for the inconvenience.
