My duvet cover had dirt stains on it so I asked for a new one; got one without a cover which had even darker stains on it. Asked several times after for a clean one (over the phone and at the desk) and never got one. Ended up sleeping with just the sheet but it definitely made me question how clean everything else was.

Liked: Location is amazing, 15 min drive max from all the places we wanted to go to. The whole hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. We chose to add the breakfast buffet when we checked in and it was totally worth it. They offer a discount if you add it at check in. The food was reasonably good quality and they had a nice variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend that hotel.
Disliked: We almost got stuck in the elevator due to a malfunction. Fortunately we were able to finally come out and used the stairs to reach our floor. Those things can happen anywhere, it was just a little scary. Other than that, the inside pool was nice, but the water was very cold. Me and my daughter were shivering the whole time and my boyfriend didn't even want to come in because of the temperature.

Liked: The dining experiences at the hotel were exceptional. The variety and quality of food available at the breakfast buffet and the hotel's restaurants were impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs
Disliked: I noticed that the hotel could improve its commitment to environmental sustainability. For example, reducing the use of single-use plastics in rooms and dining areas, and implementing more visible recycling options for guests, would demonstrate a stronger commitment to eco-friendly practices.
