This hotel required I pay in full at booking. There was 18.00 fee still due at check-in. Or so I thought but when I checked in I was told I owed another 120.00! Why because 20 to park and a 100 DEPOSIT! When asked when this deposit would be returned I was told in 3-5 business days. I do not recommend nor would I ever stay here again.

Decent hotel. Room was fine, charming even. Location was great, but the outside elevator didn't feel safe at all. Late at night, shifty characters roaming around Hollywood Boulevard. Staying alone. Creeped me out a little too much to ever stay there again, especially with a Holiday Inn Express right across the street.

Liked: Great location; clean; charming room; comfortable beds.
Disliked: Creepy outside elevator. Did not feel secure at all.

Great hotel, woeful customer service

Liked: I left a previous review where i gave my stay a 5 star review as we genuinely had a fantastic experience, however if you read my bad experience below you will see why i edited it.
Disliked: Editing my previous review of this hotel. Please note I will revert it back to 5 stars once I get my deposit back.I had a great time at this hotel and couldn't understand the bad reviews, however its been 3 weeks and I haven't received my deposit back, i have emailed 4 times without a reply and even made an international call. You cannot literally steal someones deposit without any notice as the room was perfect when we left it. Once I get it back I will update this review as we genuinely had a great stay but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Disliked: the fact that it was closed when I arrived and I was not informed. Nor did I get all of my money back. I had no where to stay. And we were out of money for the hotel $500

Disliked: Staff were hit and miss. A couple were really helpful. Another didn't even give me the courtesy of looking me in the face to attend to me
