Just what was expected. Close to Erie Insurance Arena with a place to park. Bed was OK; shower good; friendly staff.

Liked: Had a good trip.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was weak. Loud guests in halls late at night.

Most of the staff were rude. The rooms were noisy and dirty.

Disliked: The heater in our room did not work properly. We woke up and it was 89 degrees in our room. The hotel is VERY outdated!

Liked: Not at all. Came for a concert at Warner Theatre. Was within walking distance. As soon as we walked in- was grungy. Went to our room. Smelly, dirty. Carpets gross. We booked The Marriot! Paid 150 to park… pretty much
