Liked: The location was clean, friendly, and with many options for food and/or groceries. We stayed in a standard suite and found it quite spacious. Had a view of St. Joseph's Oratory. Parking is challenging with cars having to get blocked in but the hotel staff made the process of extracting our car easy and quick so in the end the parking was no bother. We would stay there again.

Liked: Location is very accessible to everything. Near to the Metro. It is also Near to the Oratory, Mont Royal and Beaver lake. The room was very clean. The bedsheet, pillow and blanket were clean.

Liked: After booking, we received an email that our request for a king bed was approved. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room with a queen bed. After complaining, we were upgraded to a suite with a king bed, which was appreciated. The suite was great, and the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Although the shower was large and nice, the water pressure was way too low.Finding a parking spot can be tricky in the area. You can use the hotel's parking, but you'll have to pay an extra $23.Don't bother with breakfast in the small chocolate shop associated with the hotel, unless a banana and a Yop, as 'Yogourt with Fruits' is your thing. You have much better options right across the street.
